We are seeking Permanent - Office Secretary "Bilingual a Plus" to assist with project-based work.

The Office Secretary will be responsible for accurate input of data into the company database. The Office Secretary will process client information, follow up on documents, and ensure proper placement of inputs into our system.

*Detail Oriented with the ability to follow directions
Secretary must have;

*Ability to work independently with minnimal supervisions
and strong Internet connection.

*Hours are Monday - Friday 9:am to 5:pm


• Must have prior data entry experience, be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

• Excellent knowledge of Micro Soft Word

Management Training Opportunity after 90 days

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience

Experience in managing multi-site operations

Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to diffuse and deescalate situations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
