We're looking for a highly skilled Sr. UX Product Designer for one of our clients who can craft exceptional product experiences from concept to execution. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that allows you to work remotely within the Pacific to Central time zones.
Responsibilities:
Masterfully integrate user research, prototyping, interaction, and visual design into each project.
Utilize top design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to deliver compelling design solutions.
Influence project directions and align teams with your innovative ideas.
Design cohesive and innovative end-to-end experiences across multiple platforms, including web and mobile, using a mix of human insight, data, and strategic business objectives.
Collaborate effectively with distributed design, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
Take a proactive role in leading workshops and design sprints to foster creativity and ideation.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with key design systems and proficiency in major design software.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects across multiple channels.
Strong leadership skills and the desire to drive creative workshops and sprint sessions.
